Prop making

 Hey guys! Me and my partners had different props we each needed to bring for the movie and I forgot to tell u guys how I made it, so that's what this blog would be covering. The prop I made for the film was a white shirt that was bloody, cut up, and dirty making it seem like its been in the woods for a long time. First step to making this prop was finding a old white tank top that I did not use anymore. The second step of making this prop was tearing holes in it for a more scary and older looking affect so I took a pair of scissors and started to cut up the shirt in certain spots. The 3rd step was to make the shirt bloody, I did not own any fake blood at the time so I took a dark red syrup that's used for drinks then put it in a bottle. The bottle had a little bit of water in it so it could smooth out the thickness of the syrup. Last step to making this prop was to make it dirty, I went outside and threw the shirt in some dirt while making sure the shirt didn't get overly dirty to the point where u couldn't see the fake blood. I also had to bring an all black hoodie for another one of our props that me and my group used in our film. That's it for this blog, bye bye!
